We want you to love Ruby OS. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed immediately when you complete checkout and renew automatically at the then-current price for your plan until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund within the 30-day window, email us at hello@beyondtherubydoor.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll process it for you.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations after the refund window

After the 30-day window, you can still cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and the most recent payment is non-refundable.
