We want you to love Beyond the Ruby Door OS. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order.

Free trial

Every new subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends from your account or via the customer portal — no refund is needed in that case.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@beyondtherubydoor.com and we'll help you submit the request.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations after the refund window

After the 30-day window, you can still cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and the most recent payment is non-refundable.
